Morgan was born in Crawley, and educated in Maidenbower. She has formed strong community ties through running a Girl Guiding group, and volunteering in MFL classes at Oriel High School, both in Maidenbower. She has utilised her MSc in Policy, and experience of living with a disability, to advocate for equality for disabled people at both a policy and societal level. Currently, she works in Gatwick Airport whilst acting as Women’s Officer for the CLP, and will soon train as a secondary school teacher of French and Spanish.
Using her experience of co-ordinating a significant campaign in Crawley, she will continue the work of her current Borough Council colleagues regarding the development of the Maidenbower Park and Pavilion area. She will also ensure that littering problems are dealt with as a priority, and will work alongside residents to reduce anti-social behavior in the area. Morgan is a dedicated and committed member of the local community, serious about ensuring the needs of all residents are met through listening to concerns and ideas for improvement in Maidenbower.
